Student records are confidential and accessible only to the individual student, administration, faculty or education department officials. Any student desiring to review his or her file must notify the school in writing. Students will receive a copy of their transcripts upon completion of the program at no charge. Students interested in obtaining official transcripts thereafter should contact the Education Department to obtain a request for transcript form. These official transcripts can only be mailed directly to another institution and cost $5.00 each. The school reserves the right to withhold an official transcript if the student’s financial obligation to the school is not met, if the student is in arrears on any federal or state student loan obligation, or if class, clinic time or community service is still owed to the school.
