Iliopsoas – Assessment and Treatment (6CE)

Class Description:

This course will discuss the presentation of iliopsoas muscle dysfunction, including the role of this muscle complex in low back pain.  Participants will learn how to perform orthopedic testing and assessment of the iliopsoas, including palpation skills to access this deep structure. During the practical portion of this class, students will observe and apply soft tissue treatment techniques to effectively treat the iliopsoas in practice.
